Please read the following terms and conditions before poceeding
to the reservations area:
1 - Cancellations: Cancellations received eight days or more prior to departure date will have no penalty. Cancellations received three to seven days prior to departure date will have a 50% penalty. Cancellations received one to two days prior to departure date will have a 75% penalty. In both cases they may be used in the "show and go" program, or by paying 50% for a confirmed flight. "No Shows" and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure time are not refundable. All reservations made from seven to four days before departure date have a 48-hour grace period within which the reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty. Reservations made within three days priot to flight date cannot be modified nor cancelled without penalty charges. All cancellations and modifications must be accompanied by a written document issued by Natural Air. Luggage: Each passenger is allowed 25 pounds of baggage, including carry-ons. There will be an additional charge for excess luggage.Will be subject to availability. Storage facilities are available at no charge. Natural Air's responsibility for loss of or damage to luggage will not exceed US $50.00 per piece. Oversize items such as surfboards, windsurfing gear, bicycles and other similar items are subject to space availability and pay an additional service charge. Check In: Check-in is required 45 minutes prior to departure of your flight at the Pavas International Airport and 30 minutes prior to departure of your flight at any of our destinations. All flights will be closed 15 minutes prior to departure time. Any arrivals after this time are to be considered as "No Shows". Children: children under the age of two sitting on their parents' lap will travel free of charge. Children over the age of 12 pay full fare. Children rates are 25% less. Natural Air Cancellations: All cancellations made by Natural Air will be reimbursed 100%. Natural Air will assist the passengers in securing other transportation arrangements. Natural Air will not assume payment for lost flight arrangements or other accomodations. Natural Air will be responsible for transfers and accomodation if necessary when cancellation is due to Natural Air Operations. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2 - Additional Transportation: Natural Air will assist in arranging for additional transportation upon client's request, with client assuming responsibility for direct payment of those arrangements.
